A frequent presenter on the national level for such groups as the National Multihousing Council and the National Apartment Association, Lisa also presents for Multihousing World, the Multifamily Brainstorming Sessions, state and local apartment associations and multifamily owners, management companies and developers across the country. Lisa is a curriculum development content specialist and has contributed to the National Apartment Leasing Professional Program, the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor Program, the Certified Apartment Manager Program, as well as the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Program. Her column "On Site Solutions" appears in each issue of the National Apartment Association's UNITS Magazine; she is on the Editorial Advisory Board for Professional Apartment Magazine and is a frequent contributor to such industry publications as Rent and Retain Magazine, Multifamily Executive, and the Journal of Property Management. She is also the Owner and Moderator of the APT Listserv, an email discussion group for industry professionals, as well as a founding member of the Apartment All Stars (www.ApartmentAllStars.com), a team of industry professionals dedicated to providing top quality educational programming to apartment associations across the United States. She’s often utilized as an industry expert for such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, Atlanta Journal Constitution and Newsweek Magazine, as well as by the Associated Press and National Public Radio. She currently serves on the NAA’s Communications Advisory Board.
